The 521 is a unique American/Italian eatery in Brownsville, WI. We serve only fresh food- nothing from frozen or pre-prepared. Our menu will constantly evolve with changes weekly depending on product availability and demand. We will offer prime steaks and fresh seafood cooked to perfection and we have a fantastic Friday Fish Fry! Our pizza’s are thin crust and are always topped with Grande cheese. Our sausage is our own recipe and is ground twice a week. The beef for our fabulous burgers is ground daily and we slice fresh Italian beef daily which is covered in our very own beef stock. We offer a big variety of craft beers on draft and in bottles with over 40 varieties to choose from. We have great wines by the bottle or glass at reasonable prices.
